Customer Engagement Centre Officer

 

As part of the Customer Engagement Team, you will provide first level support to customers via the group hotline, social media, e-mail and manage the reception (incoming calls) and perform general office administration duties supporting the management.

A passion for excellent customer experience, a post-secondary level of education, being computer conversant and an excellent command of the English language are requirements for this role. Knowledge of another major language will be considered advantageous.

 

Responsibilities:                  

o     Handle customer queries through Live Chat and email

o     Escalating to relevant departments and following up on the resolution

o     Working with multiple back offices, internal tools as well as engaging 3rd parties to ensure customer queries are answered and/or resolved in a                timely and correct manner

o     Assisting customers encountering issues with processing payments 

o     Create reports and provide statistics

 

Requirements:

o     Customer support experienced

o     ProActive attitude 

o     Effective computer and internet user

o     Good online attitude

o     Very good problem-solving skills

o     Strong attention to detail

o     Strong team player

o     Staff will be required to work shifts 24/7

Bicycle Mechanics/Servicing Team Members – Full-time/Part-time

 

The position requires enthusiastic and determined individuals to service and maintain terminals,

bike racks and bicycles throughout the various stations around Malta. You will undertake

servicing, preventive maintenance and repairs on bicycles, both onsite and at the company’s

tecnical facility as well as other maintenace and cleaning tasks. You will also be responsible to

ensure that stations are kept in excellent condition and fully operational, including redistributing

bikes to ensure that all stations are adequately resourced.

 

The selected candidate will:

o     understand the mechanics of bicycles

o     assist in station and bicycle maintenance

o     be a team player

o     be able to work to high quality standards of customer care and satisfaction

o     be comfortable lifting bicycles and related equipment

o     be comfortable working outside under different weather conditions

o     have a valid driving license

o     have high customer care awareness

o     understand occupational Health & Safety
