Customer Services/Office Administrator – Full-time

As part of the Customer Services Team you will provide first level support to customers via the
nextbike hotline, social media, e-mail and manage the reception and perform general office administration duties
supporting the management.

A passion for excellent customer experience, a post-secondary level of education, being
computer conversant and an excellent command of the English language are requirments for
this role. Knowledge of another major language (particularly German) and accounts will be
considered advantageous.
